Aware of the importance of maintaining sustainable tourism development, and having adopted the principles specifically set out in the Sectoral Technical Standard NTS–TS 003, ATLANTIDA DIVING CENTER is committed to carrying out sustainable management of its activities, through the adoption of commitments aimed at preventing, eliminating or reducing the impact of our facilities and activities on the destinations we offer in our service portfolio, as well as optimizing the sustainability of ATLANTIDA DIVING CENTER by improving its behavior with the environment.
In this same vein, ATLANTIDA DIVING CENTER has adopted the following sustainable tourism policy, committing to comply with the requirements established in the Sectoral Technical Standard NTS-TS 003, which includes, among others, the legal requirements that regulate the effects generated by tourism activities. Likewise, we commit to motivating and training our staff through educational and awareness-raising activities on the principles of sustainable tourism, promoting good environmental practices in the surrounding area, participating in external activities, and reporting both internally and externally on the company's environmental progress and actions.
One of our main objectives is to refine sustainable management, committing to continuous improvement in all areas of sustainability: sociocultural, economic, and environmental, as well as customer satisfaction. To this end, future expansion projects for our facilities or activities will be subject to sustainability and resource efficiency criteria.
