🐚What am I going to do?
Yes, we're inviting you to pay to collect trash from the sea ... and it's one of the most rewarding experiences you'll have as a diver. 🌎💙
Marine pollution is a global problem , and with this specialization you will not only learn how to safely remove waste, but you will also understand the magnitude of the problem and how to contribute tangibly to the solution.
🔍 What will you do in this course?
✔️ 2 dives dedicated to recognizing and removing marine litter.
✔️ Data quantification and reporting on the PADI AWARE global Dive Against Debris platform.
✔️ Safe methods for identifying, extracting and classifying waste without harming the ecosystem.
✔️ You will learn how to organize underwater cleanup events and inspire others.
✔️ You will develop skills that will allow you to dive without a guide, as long as you have a partner of the same certification level.
The certification courses are structured as follows

🤿Day 1: 7 am to 3:00 pm ➡️ 2 dives in the sea
🕛 Schedule and meeting point
All diving trips start at 7:30 am ⏰ at our operational facilities in El Rodadero and we return around 1:30 pm
🤿Diving destination
We have more than 30 diving spots between the southern area of Tayrona Park (closed between February 1 and 15), Santa Marta Bay, Gaira, or Taganga.
We choose the dive site daily according to sea conditions and other plans booked on the boat.
⏱️Schedule of activities
🗓️We have departures every day except Wednesdays, just check the availability of the dates that suit you best
🚫✈️Remember that you cannot fly on a plane the same day after diving.
🩺You must be in good health (no flu, no recent surgeries, etc.)

If for any reason the dive cannot take place on the agreed date, the following can be done according to the internal policies found in the link below:
Extend for up to one year
Give to another participant
Refund between 20% and 80% of the money
If the service was performed on the agreed date, according to the sales promise, there will no longer be room for a refund.
